Scott Management provides real-time account lookup to owners over the Internet. You can view your account history and check to see if your most recent payment has posted. You will also be given the option to make a secure payment directly from your bank account at no charge.

Credit Card Payments
For your convenience, Scott Management now offers an online payment system for homeowners who wish to pay their dues online via credit card. Clicking the button below will forward you to PayPal, which will guide you through the rest of this process. This payment is fast, secure, and will provide you with a receipt for the transaction.

To process your credit card payment efficiently please be aware that you will need to have your 10-digit account number available. This is located on the payment stub portion of your monthly statement. If you do not have your account number please call our office at 310-370-2696, and we will be happy to assist you.

As you know, it is customary for businesses to pay the bank merchant fees associated with credit card transactions. However, due to the fiduciary natre of a non-profit community association such as yours, all fees must insted be added to the principal amount of this transaction. Accordingly, due to charges placed upon us by credit card providers, and the necessary administration to process online payments, we must charge 5.0% of the amount of the transaction (which will show up as "tax" on your payment), which is non-refundable.

The payment you are making will take 1-2 business days before it is applied to your account. Please plan in advance to avoid possible late charges and or interest.
